The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide guidance and support throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Property Listings:
Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants. Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices. Client Meetings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings and meetings with clients. Negotiations:
Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients. Documentation:
Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and lease agreements. Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings. Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Licensing:
Valid real estate license in the state of operation. Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Skills:
Excellent
communication
in Arabic & English and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using real estate software and technology. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
