Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceedsales targetswithin the first month of joining.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.
Work from the office for 8-10 hours daily, demonstrating commitment and focus.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Ability:
Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Driven and Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
Fluent in English:
Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin) are a plus.
Valid UAE Driving License:
Essential for client meetings and property visits.
Resilienceand Work Ethic:
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility:
Willing to work extended hours when required.
