Position: Real Estate Property Consultant
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
What You'll Do:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends, property inventory, and industry developments.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales and leasing process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For:
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a strong sales background are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus.
