Job Description
KDI Real Estate LLC is looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about real estate, confident in communication, and eager to grow their career in the Dubai property market.
We offer a fixed monthly salary along with a competitive commission structure, giving agents the opportunity to earn more based on performance.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Promote residential and commercial properties to clients
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional advice
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends
Work closely with the company team to achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Update leads and client information regularly in the company CRM or database
Requirements
Previous real estate experience is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, confident, and target-driven personality
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Dubai areas and communities is an advantage
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
