Responsibilities:  Assist clients in purchasing, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. Provide guidance on market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate and draft real estate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients. Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate transactions. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry.

Stay informed about local and national real estate market developments. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships. Conduct market research and analysis to advise clients on investment opportunities. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Real Estate license or certification required. Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent
