We are seeking a highly organized PA to Sales Manager to manage and distribute social media leads across our global sales team. This role is critical in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, and driving international sales growth in the oil and lubricants sector.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media-generated leads and distribute them to the sales team based on region/country.
Oversee the sales team’s daily operations and ensure they meet targets.
Monitor performance and assist with strategy execution to drive results.
Ensure timely order processing, follow up on pending orders, and resolve issues as needed.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide management insights

Requirements:

Experience:
3+ years in sales coordination, ideally within the oil, lubricants, or industrial sectors.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Personality:
Confident, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a positive impact.
