We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to lead and execute marketing campaigns, drive business development initiatives, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, campaign management, and sales-driven business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Identify and execute business development strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with teams to create targeted marketing strategies and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Organize and participate in events and promotional activities.
Develop marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and website updates.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English & Arabic.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of campaign management, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare and education industry will be a plus.
