Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a fine dining background
Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) and Arabic speaker
Mastering techniques of sales and service
Must be flexible in work location
Can join immediately (currently on a cancelled / tourist visa)

Responsibilities:

Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
Guarantee the quality of service
Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
Organizing the welcoming of guests
Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients
Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedure
Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
Participating and/or taking orders, making sure they have been transmitted to the different services concerned
Guarantying the setting up and the cleaning of tables
