Job Responsibilities
Take lead in all tasks assigned by the Rail Systems Director.
Provide leadership in the resolution of all design and technical issues relating to the railway.
Assist and produce technical documents related to Rail Systems (design, tender documents, technical memo, Tender Evaluation, etc).
Prepare presentations for Senior and Executive Management on all technical related matters.
Provide regular report updates on progress of resolution of all outstanding issues.
Coordinate with multiple discipline leads for technical matters.
Strong track record of managing large rail projects with a systems background and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians.
At least 15 to 20 years of related project experience including involvement in design and installation through to testing and commissioning of major conventional/high speed railway projects.
GCC experience.
Ability to communicate and report to senior management and effectively liaise with other stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, engineers, and regulatory authorities in the introduction of new technologies.
Ability to multitask and effectively problem-solve under high pressure.
