As the Rail Infrastructure Coordinator, you will oversee the development of the Primary Urban Axis Project, Qiddiya’s fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive forward a successful solution.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate project meetings, conference calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
Identify potential construction-related risks.
Communicate project updates to internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Maintain accurate project records.
Collaborate with technical experts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in design management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on metro, rail, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in major rail projects.
Strong understanding of rail transit and design management.
Exceptionalleadershipandproject managementskills, with a proven ability tolead cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively withdiversestakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into a short and concise slide deck.
Analytical mindset with strongproblem-solvingcapabilities and the ability to think strategically.
