– Sales and Clienteling: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
– Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies .
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
– Fluency in Russian and/or Arabic languages
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in a luxury retail setting)
