Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and comprehensive budgets.
Monitor ongoing financial performance against budgetary benchmarks and prepare variance analyses for management review.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines relating to budgeting and fiscal reporting.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making processes.
Prepare detailed budget reports and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial communications.
Assist in forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives to support business growth and sustainability.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the budgeting process.
Requirements
ACCA/ACMA
Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting or financial analysis, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly accounting and budgeting systems.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.
Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all financial reporting.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing projects and collaborating across departments.
