- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for road and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and cash flow to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate contractor claims, prepare interim payment certificates, and manage contract administration activities.
- Conduct quantity measurements and verify executed work in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to support cost-effective project delivery.
- Candidates must have proven experience in roads, highways, bridges, or infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and contracts.
