About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in luxury villa construction, covering structural, architectural, and high-end fit-out works.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on premium residential projects with a professional and dynamic construction team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor on luxury villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Structural works
- Architectural works
- High-end interior fit-out
- Proven experience in:
- BOQ preparation and review
- Quantity take-offs from drawings
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Tendering and subcontractor procurement
- Preparing and evaluating variations (VOs)
- Interim payment applications and final accounts
- Cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. Experience with Bluebeam, CostX, or similar QS software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs and tender packages.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage project costs and monitor budgets.
- Prepare payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Assist the project team with commercial and contractual matters.
- Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
