Quantity Surveyor – Piping & Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for piping and electrical works.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor payments.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare progress valuations and cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping and electrical quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
- Preference for candidates available in Qatar with a valid QID and immediate joining.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
