Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – MEP (Qatar)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 5–8+ years of MEP QS experience in Qatar/GCC
- Proficient in CostX / Candy / Bluebeam & Excel
- Must have UPDA certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QS functions for MEP packages (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Prepare BOQs
- Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare and submit monthly IPCs/payment applications
- Manage subcontractor measurements, valuations, and final accounts
- Review MEP subcontractor tenders and prepare comparisons
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and final account documentation
