Quantity Surveyor – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, BOQs, and tender coordination for high-quality fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for joinery and fit-out projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Prepare tender submissions and project cost reports
- Monitor project costs, variations, and approvals
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery production
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
