Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telecaller Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential clients, understanding client needs, and effectively persuading them through email and phone conversations. The role also includes qualifying leads and passing them on to the relevant sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills, with practical knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Accounting/Tax is an added advantage
