We are looking for a creative and skilled Car Care Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive care and a strong background in video editing. The primary responsibility will be to create engaging, informative, and high-quality video content showcasing car maintenance, repair services, and related automotive topics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing & Production:
Edit and produce high-quality videos related to car care, including service demonstrations, tutorials, product reviews, and maintenance tips.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video content.
Ensure that all video content is edited to a professional standard, adhering to brand guidelines and meeting deadlines.
2. Content Optimization:
Optimize videos for various platforms such as YouTube, social media, websites, and internal marketing purposes.
Implement appropriate titles, captions, and graphics to enhance video content and engagement.
3. Shooting & Filming Support:
Assist with shooting video content, including setting up equipment, ensuring proper lighting, and capturing clear, high-quality footage.
Ensure all footage is captured in line with the creative vision and production requirements.
4. Audio and Visual Enhancements:
Edit audio, sound effects, and music to ensure a balanced and professional final product.
Apply visual effects, transitions, and animations as needed to elevate the overall viewer experience.
5. Quality Control:
Review and critique videos to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of messaging.
Perform final checks to ensure that all videos are error-free, well-paced, and optimized for target audiences.
6. Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and automotive care teams to understand video goals and incorporate feedback into revisions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in car care and video production techniques.
7. Project Management:
Maintain an organized workflow and meet deadlines for all video production projects.
Manage video assets and archives, ensuring proper labeling and storage for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing automotive-related content (preferred).
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and sound editing.
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and car care services is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms and video marketing strategies.
