Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Auditor with a minimum of 5 years in auditing, accounting, or relevant fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting thorough audits, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations. A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial statement audits, identifying risk areas and potential improvements.
Analyze internal controls, audit processes, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
Stay updated with changes in regulations and best practices in auditing and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audit procedures and methodologies.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, preferably within a Big Four firm or reputable audit practice.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local regulations, and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
