Quantity Surveyor – Concrete Restoration Jobs in UAE at TGC Middle East
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in concrete restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete restoration and related projects.
– Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
– Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets.
– Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
– Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
– Handle variations, claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on commercial matters.
– Maintain accurate documentation related to contracts and project costs.
– Assist in tender submissions and commercial evaluations.
