Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Al-Ayn at venusgroupuae
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with astrong background in Utilities Infrastructure Projects, preferably with experience in Underground Water Networks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical
Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Utilities Infrastructure Operation &
Maintenance projects.
* Certification in Quantity Surveying and/or Contracts Management.
* Strong knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract forms.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial management skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
* Familiarity with TAQA regulations and related documentation.
Job Details:
Project Location: Al Ain, UAE
Salary Package: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
