Quantity Surveyor – Joinery Projects
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of joinery projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, contract administration experience, and the ability to manage project costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare interim valuations and payment applications
- Assist with cost control, variations, and change management
- Support subcontractor account administration and settlements
- Conduct measurements, estimation, valuations, and reporting
- Assist with contract reviews and commercial reporting
- Coordinate with project teams on contractual matters
- Identify project risks and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (Fit-out/joinery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of QS procedures and contract administration
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and QS software
