Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
– Conduct cost estimates and feasibility studies to support project planning and budgeting.
– Monitor and control project costs from inception to completion, providing regular financial reports.
– Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate rates to achieve cost savings.
– Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate cost assessments.
– Manage change orders, variations, and claims to minimize financial risks.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, contracts, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
