Title: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for development projects across all phases.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify scope and quantify materials and labor requirements.
Manage tender processes including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and cost analysis of bids.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Track project costs, monitor variations, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to validate progress claims, assess work-in-place, and identify potential cost deviations.
Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or design intent.
Liaise with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and payment schedules.
Maintain records of project expenditures, invoices, and change orders in accordance with company policies.
Provide input during project close-out, including final account settlement and lessons learned analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure development.
