💰 1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare project cost estimates based on drawings & specs
- Analyze materials (joinery, finishes, MEP, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
- Ensure pricing is competitive and profitable
📊 2. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ
- Measure quantities from drawings
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for fit-out works
- Include detailed breakdown (carpentry, gypsum, painting, MEP, etc.)
📑 3. Tendering & Procurement
- Review tender documents
- Get quotations from subcontractors/suppliers
- Compare prices and select best vendors
💼 4. Cost Control During Project
- Track project budget vs actual cost
- Handle variations (change orders)
- Monitor cash flow and expenses
