Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of products and materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
Organize and manage the storage space to ensure efficient utilization and easy access to items.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
Prepare and process orders for delivery in the site, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with records.
Handle and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts or shipment issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their inventory needs.
Maintain a clean and orderly storage environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
prior experience in landscaping industry in UAE.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
