e are looking for a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator for our Furniture Division with experience in fit-out, construction, and joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off and project estimation
- Preparation of BOQ, costing, and quotations
- Material and production cost analysis
- Coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review of drawings and project specifications
Requirements:
- Experience in fit-out, construction, or joinery industry
- Good knowledge of materials, production, and site coordination
- Strong understanding of costing and estimation processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
