Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budget management, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Expertise in electrical/mechanical works, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Only Freelancer will be accepted
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- A holder of a valid Qatar ID
- Can join immediately.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee project costs, ensuring budgetary control and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and evaluate payment applications and variations.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute project strategies.
- Utilize AutoCAD and MS Excel to prepare detailed cost reports and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Project details:
- Location: NFE, Ras Laffan
- Duration: Three (3) months, can be extended based on the project requirement
