Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, supplier coordination, and commercial support for prefabricated buildings, modular cabins, containers, steel structures, site offices, accommodation units, warehouses, and related MEP and fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
* Prepare BOQs, quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
* Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Projects, and Finance teams.
* Evaluate material and labour costs and prepare competitive quotations.
* Ensure quotations and tender submissions are accurate and submitted on time.
* Assist with cost control and commercial documentation.
* Maintain proper records of quotations, BOQs, and project-related commercial documents.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or construction-related commercial work.
* Experience with prefabricated/modular buildings, steel structures, containers, or fit-out works is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/quantity take-off procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
