Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Sakhra Al Shamikha General Contracting LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for mechanical works
- Analyze drawings and specifications related to HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
- Monitor project costs and track variations, claims, and change orders
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for payment applications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical works (oil & gas, construction, or MEP projects)
- Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and project documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
