Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to grow within a dynamic and international fast-paced environment.

You will join our Dubai-based Tender Team and contribute to the development of accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs in support of technical and commercial bids for major design & build and construction tenders in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse tender documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and planning teams to gather relevant data and inputs.
  • Support pricing strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize competitiveness.
  • Participate in bid reviews, clarifications, and submission processes.
  • Maintain updated cost databases and support post-tender negotiations when required.
  • Handling interim payments, variations, and claims for clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.(Mandatory)
  • At least 6-10 years of experience from the contractor side in the UAE or UAE+GCC. (Mandatory)
  • Both Pre & Post tender experience is required. (Mandatory)
  • Experience in Tendering works, Pricing, Obtaining prices from the market for tender proposals
  • Experience in post-contract matters, such as interim payments, variations, & claims for both the client and subcontractors.
  • Quantity Take-Offs, BOQ preparation, and updated Pricing knowledge
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Planswift.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
