Valika Interior Design LLC is a growing interior fit‑out and design company based in Dubai, delivering high‑quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take‑offs for interior fit‑out projects
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior fit‑out or construction industry (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
