Qualifications:
- Preparation of a ‘Bill of Quantities’, for Industrial, Commercial, Fit-out and Residential projects which lists the individual components required to construct the project;
- Providing technical support to Sales team to ensure that details are properly conveyed to client and if required attend client meetings;
- Obtaining the best pricing from each Supplier/subcontractor, breaking out material, labor and equipment as necessary;
- Assisting in costs analysis project work;
- Assisting in identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
- Assisting in preparation of progress/cost reports.
