Quantity Surveyor
Location: Al Saad, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-time | Local Hire Only
Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000/month
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring work is completed within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules
- Measure and value work done on-site
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
- Track changes to design and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare progress reports and final accounts
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
