Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Lootah BC Gas
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, valuations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare interim payment applications and internal valuations.
- Administer subcontractor accounts, including measurement and final settlements.
- Manage project variations, extension of time (EOT) applications, and claims.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial reconciliations.
- Review contracts and advise project teams on contractual matters and commercial risks.
- Negotiate commercial issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets and resource forecasts in coordination with the operations team.
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts.
- Attend project meetings and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, variations, and claims.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in MEP, gas infrastructure, utilities, pipelines, or construction projects are preferred.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
