Overview:
Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects from the initial estimation to the final figures, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Price and forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and other necessary documentation
- Track design or construction changes and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors involved in the project
- Measure and value work completed on-site
- Prepare and review bills submitted by subcontractors
- Select and/or source construction materials and send quotations to vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and project-related reports
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and regulations
- Valid Qatar Driving License (required)
- Ability to join immediately
