About The Role
Our client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across complex infrastructure projects, including estimating, contract administration, tender evaluation and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
- Review contractor claims and payment applications.
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Prepare tender documentation and commercial evaluations.
- Support contract negotiations and final account settlement.
- Provide commercial advice to project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within infrastructure or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
- Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation and final accounts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Professional membership (RICS or equivalent) preferred.
