Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Advanced Management Consultants
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting and/or fit-out company.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in stone contracting, including marble, granite, porcelain, and other natural stone works.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification or diploma in Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, quantity take-offs, BOQs, valuations, variation claims, cost control, and final account preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Manage project costs, valuations, and payment applications.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Review contract documents and ensure commercial compliance.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and estimation teams on cost-related matters.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in subcontractor evaluation, payment certification, and commercial negotiations.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
