We’re on the hunt for a sharp and driven Quantitative Researcher to help build and refine predictive models that power cutting-edge, delta-neutral, multi-leg strategies across multiple exchanges.

What You’ll Do:
Research, design, and backtest short-term predictive models to estimate fair value (mid-price, bid, ask).
Engineer features and analyse high-frequency, real-world trading data.
Work side-by-side with top-tier engineers to define, build, and refine real-time feature pipelines.
Run rigorous validation tests using advanced statistical methods.
Own the full model lifecycle from prototype to live trading with rapid iteration and feedback.
What You Bring:
Solid foundation in mathematics: probability, statistics, stochastic processes, time series.
2+ years experience in quantitative research, modeling, or data science (academic projects welcome if relevant).
Strong Python skills for data wrangling, analysis, and backtesting.
Hands-on experience with ML tools like PyTorch, XGBoost, Cat Boost, and orchestration tools like Kedro or Airflow.
Curiosity about trading systems and market microstructure (bonus points for prior HFT exposure).
Excellent communication to work closely with engineers and share complex ideas clearly.
Bonus Points:
Experience with real-time feature pipelines.
Exposure to Rust-based infrastructure (even a basic understanding helps).
