This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and coordinating with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
The Quality
– Testing Engineer is responsible for inspection and testing of Mechanical Seals as per API 682 Stander. In addition, responsible for the QA/QC procedures and implementation of the company.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in Mechanical Seals and pump testing and industry experience.
- Knowledge of API /ISO standards.
- Familiar with Seal Systems.
- Responsible for product to make sure it meets quality and manufacturing standards.
- Implementation of all new ISO audit.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology to identify test problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering).
- Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Responsibilities & Requirements

- Understanding test requirement of mechanical seals and planning accordingly.
- If any modification is required, work with cross function team for coordination.
- Preparing test Report/Certification and submission for customer’s approval.
