About the role
Lead the enterprise-wide system transformation of Quality and Food Safety capabilities — across incoming materials, production, laboratories, finished goods, suppliers and customers — for all business units and sites. Own design and implementation of the future-state quality system, including ERP Quality, enterprise QMS/eQMS, LIMS, AI-enabled quality inspection, SPC, traceability and analytics, from design through stabilization and value realization.
What you’ll do
- Define the enterprise quality transformation vision, roadmap and governance
- Lead ERP Quality implementation (inspection plans, notifications, holds, usage decisions, quality costing)
- Implement enterprise QMS/eQMS (document control, deviations, non-conformance, CAPA, change control, audits, complaints)
- Implement LIMS and drive laboratory digitalization (sample lifecycle, instrument integration, data integrity)
- Deploy AI/computer-vision-enabled inspection and defect-detection automation
- Own quality master data, integration (ERP, QMS, LIMS, PLM, MES) and trusted KPI reporting
- Standardize inspection, release, deviation, CAPA, audit, complaint and recall processes across the business
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s in Quality, Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related (Master’s/MBA a plus)
- 10–15+ years in Quality, Food Safety, laboratory or quality systems, with significant transformation leadership in FMCG or process manufacturing
- At least one full ERP Quality, QMS or LIMS implementation from design through stabilization
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM, Oracle Quality or equivalent; QMS/eQMS, LIMS and MES/PLM integration
- ASQ, ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP/FSSC/BRCGS, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification a plus
- Food & beverage, consumer goods, pharma or regulated process industry experience preferred
