Position: QUALITY OFFICER
Conduct periodic audit visits, develop compliance reports, and review with Top Management.
Liaise with other 3rd parties and obtain relevant certification for ZAS Medical Facilities Management or Al Ain Pharmacy Group and its other business facilities.
Ensure that ZAS does not receive any fines or litigation as a result of non-compliance in Quality as agreed with concerned parties.
Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, as well as regulatory (DOH-DHA-MOH) and the company’s own requirements.
Report to the top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
Ensure thepromotionof awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, as well as regulatory (DOH-DHA-MOH) and the company’s own requirements throughout the organization.
Assist in internal audit planning, implementation, and review with defined frequencies.
Assist in the execution of the Management Review Meeting (MRM) during 3rd Party Audit.
Assist in Team Meetings, inspections/audits, and reporting to GM/MR on the overall QMS Performance.
Create and update work instructions and policies, along with related standard forms that are necessary to maintain and improve QMS performance.
Manage and maintain quality management system records.
Support external audits, coordinating activities in the backroom and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors.

Pay:AED6,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
