We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Quality & Governance Specialist to oversee quality standards and procedural integrity including refining the governance structures that guide our internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procedural Governance: Establish company procedures to improve transparency, accountability, and clarity in decision-making which includes: create, standardize, and maintain internal policies to ensure they are consistently applied and legally sound across all entities.
  • Quality Standards: Design and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the unique needs of different business units, including specialized frameworks such as ISO 13485.
  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify operational risks and ensure meeting industry-specific regulations and internal benchmarks.
  • Operational Audits: Conduct regular internal reviews of both output quality and procedural adherence, providing actionable reports to leadership.
  • Change Management: Lead the rollout of new governance frameworks, ensuring staff are trained and aligned with updated company standards.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Act as a bridge between Almarfa Medical and Regulatory Bodies and overseas partners to: attend inspections and external audits, fulfill all quality criteria and requirements, …etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality ONLY
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Corporate Governance, or Business Operations.
  • Experienced in Odoo ERP Software
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant quality training certifications (e.g. ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, or equivalent Quality Management professional training).
  • Expertise: Proven track record of improving organizational efficiency through better procedural documentation and oversight.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to influence and lead teams across different business models without direct authority.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to turn complex processes into clear, easy-to-follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
