Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure product quality throughout our manufacturing processes.
The Quality Engineer will provide quality assurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs, defects, and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. Implementations of Rotork problem solving process – A3, 8D and providing support to the assembly process will be part of the responsibilities.
The Quality Engineer will ensure products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be supporting product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
2-5 years of related experience required.
Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.
Strong problem-solving skills, in depth RCA and quality tools experience i.e. fishbone, 5W2H, 5
Whys, Pareto, 8D.
Knowledgeable about current quality system standards such as ISO 9001 preferred.
The Successful Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and problem solving.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with basic GD&T preferred.
Computer proficiency in Excel and Word required.
