Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive road tests with customers during the vehicle reception process to accurately verify and understand their concerns.
  • Perform thorough quality inspections on all completed vehicles before they are released to customers.
  • Identify and reject vehicles with incomplete repairs, incorrect diagnoses, or improper repairs, and return them to the assigned technician for necessary corrective action.
  • Verify that all repairs have been completed according to the required technical and quality standards.
  • Ensure all job cards and related documentation are accurately completed, properly stamped, clocked, and filed before vehicle delivery.
  • Support technicians and workshop teams in diagnosing complex technical issues and identifying the root cause of vehicle concerns.
  • Conduct final quality checks to minimize repeat repairs, customer complaints, and vehicle comebacks.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Management to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved before delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on non-fixed and repeat-repair vehicles, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Prepare accurate Quality Control and Non-Fixed Vehicle Reports, including findings, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and recommendations.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and workshop quality procedures.

Job Specifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller or Team Leader, with proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong and comprehensive technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good knowledge of workshop processes and repair standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills with technicians, Service Advisors, and Workshop Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
