Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to minimize defects and enhance product reliability.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for internal review and external audits.
Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices and procedures to foster a culture of quality.
Conduct root cause analysis for product non-conformance and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards, ensuring the organization meets all legal requirements.
Utilize statistical analysis tools to evaluate process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date quality management system, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control within manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
Certification in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma will be highly regarded.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international communication.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards are key personal attributes.
Proficient in using quality control software and tools such as Minitab or Quality Companion.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field is essential for technical understanding.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments, showcasing flexibility and resilience.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating strong independent problem-solving skills.
