On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage quality systems, process improvements, and compliance initiatives across operations. An exciting opportunity with a leading player in the pre-engineered buildings and steel fabrication industry in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and client-specific requirements.
Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and management reviews to ensure product and process compliance.
Monitor and improve quality performance, address customer complaints, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Guide process improvement initiatives using tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, and SPC.
Oversee subcontractor and supplier quality evaluations in coordination with procurement teams.
Provide leadership to the quality team, manage KPIs, develop SOPs, and ensure ongoing staff development.
Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards in accordance with company policy.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Certifications: ASQ CQM/OE, CQE, or CQA (preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in quality management, ideally in steel fabrication or construction
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
