Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s quality control systems, standards, and procedures across development projects.
Oversee site inspections, testing protocols, and material compliance to ensure alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Lead the quality control team in monitoring construction activities, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and enforce corrective actions.
Review and approve quality documentation such as ITPs, checklists, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Conduct periodic audits and quality reviews across active projects.
Ensure all quality records are properly maintained and updated.
Support training and awareness programs related to quality standards and best practices.
Prepare quality reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Certified in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE) is preferred.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in quality control within large-scale development or construction projects.
