About The Role:
As the Country Quality Head / Qualified Person (CQH/QP) for Saudi Arabia, you will lead the implementation of a high-performing Quality System ensuring all healthcare products meet safety and compliance standards. Your leadership will influence how we serve consumers by embedding quality in every operation, from product development to commercialization. You will collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to maintain inspection readiness and foster a quality-centric culture.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a robust Quality System across GxP and health-regulated activities in Saudi Arabia.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with global standards and local regulations.
Develop, utilize, and maintain local quality documents; ensure staff training.
Support audit readiness, manage inspections, and collaborate with global and local teams.
Coordinate audit strategies based on risk and regulatory requirements; serve as an auditor if needed.
Analyze audit findings, escalate, and resolve critical quality issues promptly.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to embed quality in all business and digital initiatives.
About You:
Proven experience in quality assurance or regulatory roles within healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors, including GxP responsibilities.
Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management skills; detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of quality systems, audits, document management, and regulatory inspections.
Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field preferred.
Fluency in English required;
Arabic is a plus.
